Our precautions for the COVID 19 Pandemic All LMS staff and visitors are screened for a fever every morning with a thermal scanner.Any staff that exhibits symptoms outlined by the CDC and WHO are immediately sent home and told to self quarantine. They are not permitted back to work until a negative test is produced.LMS Staff is being informed of all updates from local counties, CDC and WHO and reminded to take precautionary measures outside of work via daily meetingsDrivers are not allowed in the warehouse.No vendors are allowed on the premises.All LMS staff is required to wash their hands at a minimum four times a day. (Starting their day, first break, after lunch, second break).All local inbound loads are downloaded left on the dock for 24-48 hrs.All LMS staff is required to wear Gloves and face masks during the entire shift.All hiring has been frozen, additional needs for labor are met with overtime.All equipment is sanitized daily.All common areas (restrooms and break area) are sanitized daily.Social distancing as recommended by the CDC and WHO is being exercised by all staff on the premises.
